Requirements

• Proficiency in BOTH English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (We seek Vietnamese-speaking candidates who are required to serve Vietnamese-speaking clients).
• Sales driven in acquiring leads from vietnam market
• Self-starter and needs no micromanaging
• Holds Singapore citizenship (no quota for work passes). Company is open to applying LOC

Other Information

• Basic salary starting from $5200 + uncapped commissions!

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents like packing list, delivery orders and forward to relevant parties
• Pack goods for export shipments
• Perform store duties such as receiving, issuing, checking, load/unloading of goods
• Prepare and churn out Purchase Orders from in-house accounting system
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and overseas customers
• Work on shipment related modules in ERP system
• Handle and reply to customer enquiries via phone and e-mails on product availabilities and delivery schedules
• Daily SAP Data Maintenance
• Ensure completion of Compliance Dual Use End User Declaration
• Undertake any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in relevant fields
• Proficient in MS Office
