Prerequisites

• Design Fundamentals and Tools - Proficient in using Photoshop.
• Programming Language - Good knowledge and skills on CSS and/or HTML.
• Presentation and Storytelling - Ability to present and communicate ideas through proficient storytelling and also in writing
• Able to participate in 6 months full time internship

The Job:

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including putting up and circulating the agenda, booking of meeting space
• Assist with note taking and following up on action items to ensure completion according to agreed timeline
• Maintain and update all documentation in shared drive as and when necessary
• Support the Team by sourcing, vetting and coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with Research Team, to help ensure deliverables are completed within timeline

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma Holder with Min 5-8 years of good office administrative support
• Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications:

• A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
