RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of student administration, data management, lecturer administration, and examination management. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the smooth functioning of these critical areas.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Student Administration
- Managing 8 FT classes. Monitor student’s attendance and attend to inquiries.
- Prepare the materials required for FT and PT welcome orientation (WO), handle registration and give speech on WO
- Liaise with sales and enrolment department on arrangements of late arrival students
- Assist the manager in handling FT and PT Foundation Diploma classes including module setup in KSS, checking/updating the timetables for upcoming intakes
Data Management (KSS)
- Clear weekly attendance intervention in KSS
- Update student’s status in KSS timely (enrolment, defer, withdrawal, graduated, etc)
- Update student’s particulars in Navision.
- Monitor graduates’ progression
- Update of MMR
Lecturer Administration
- Assist the manager in new lecturer’s induction
Examination Management
- Coordinating with Exam Office on new exam policy changes
- Check the final results for classes before sending for graduation
Ad-hoc duties
- Provide suggestions or improvement ideas for operations
- Help the manager in ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience
- Experience in attending to young students and their parents
QUALIFICATIONS
- A diploma in any discipline
OTHER INFORMATION
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
Location: Singapore (Central Area – Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
