Job Responsibilites

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation/regulations, including Companies Act, Business Trust Act, SGX Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate all corporate secretarial/board committee matters, including Board Committee meetings and schedules, etc.
• Prepare and cooordinate AGM/EGM matters.
• Filing with relevant authorities, upkeep and update all records and books as required.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Other Information

• ICSA/Professional Qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SGX listed company
• Possess experience in report/minutes writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
