• According to statistics, Leaf opens our app over 30 times a day on average. He repeatedly checks every detail. While normal users might just enter a trading page and stop there, Leaf taps some seemingly boring or repetitive elements on the page. He continually assesses the app’s loading speed and visual effects.

• You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• You will leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
• Your day-to-day activities will revolve around managing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
• You will be expected to be an SME in Program Project Management with expert proficiency.
• Having expert proficiency in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), M&A Tech Integration Change & Comms, and Requirements Analysis will be advantageous.
• Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

• Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience
• KYC system experience - eg, Detica/ NetReveal system functionalities and/or technical understanding is a plus
• System Implementation Project Management experience - ability to drive discussions, manage stakeholders and perform management updates in a timely and concise manner

• Assist in reviewing and verifying GST compliance (billing related only) and accuracy.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and outstanding ensure consistency.
• Initiate and request for updates to customer master data
• Address and resolve queries from internal customers & external customers
• Monitor and execute month end closing tasks, including the review of provisions for doubtful debts, checking cost centers expenses for potential wrong postings, etc.
• Review and approve balance sheet schedules, ensuring long-standing items are followed up and resolved.
• Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

• Manage wine inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and stock control to minimize waste.

• Provide exceptional guest service with extensive knowledge of wines and vintages.

• Guide guests through wine selections, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and the chosen dishes.

• Educate and engage guests about wine through tableside presentations and wine pairing suggestions.

• Stay informed about current wine trends, new vintages, and emerging regions.

• Contribute to revenue growth by promoting wine sales and upselling opportunities.

• Maintain a professional demeanour and represent the restaurant positively when interacting with guests and colleagues.

• Responsible to bring bi monthly wine dinners/ wine events.
