Job Scope:

• Support the team at ground level by providing leadership in coordination of clinical service and strategic planning skills to drive the success of the home visiting program.
• Support and building strong relationships with various clinical discipline in effective service delivery by active engagement with stakeholders, community partners, funders, and government agencies.
• Coordinating clear roadmap for the program's growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• To bring expertise in program development, including designing effective strategies for outreach, recruitment, and retention of participants.
• Streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency in delivering services.
• Establish quality assurance protocols, monitor performance metrics, and implement necessary changes to maintain program effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee data analysis, performance evaluation, and reporting to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the impact of the program to stakeholders.
• Show leadership personality in steering and supporting program towards achieving evidence based, best practices in integrated health and social service deliveries.
• Work with programme lead to scope and track various aspects of programme evaluation, plan for resources needed to meet programme reporting indicators and aligned with the Institution’s strategic and business objectives.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by Program Lead.
• Performs any other Division duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree with at least 6 years' experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred).
• A fast and efficient worker with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong coordinating and facilitation skills.

- 5 Days Work (weekends required)

- 11am to 10.30pm (subjected to changes, but same total hours)

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and to oversee the maintenance of all fire safety systems.

This role involves managing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring compliance with fire safety certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and resolve fire safety deficiencies to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Organize and conduct regular fire drills, ensuring that building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.
• Review and update the building's emergency response plan as needed to accommodate changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.
• Prepare and submit the annual fire safety report to the relevant authorities for the renewal of the building's fire certificate.
• Ensure all fire safety measures meet certification criteria and comply with Singapore fire safety codes and regulations.
• Report to relevant authorities on fire-related matters, including incidents, compliance issues, and equipment maintenance updates.
• Complete any other fire safety-related assignments as directed by supervisors or senior management.

Qualifications:

• Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
• Knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations
• Experience in fire safety management, facilities management, or the defense sector
