  • Maintain the asset tracking for ownership, reporting, maintenance, and deployment to ensure hospital's logistic readiness are maintained.
  • Review hospital CE and DO equipment requirements.
  • Oversee storerooms for CE and DO assets that are not able to be deployed for BAU during peacetime.
  • Decommission end-of-life assets.
  • Prepare and provide quarterly logistics readiness reports under EPPF KPI reporting.
• Maintain DSMC Field Medical Team (FMT) equipment and consumables.
  • Plan the budget and funding required for DSMC FMTs equipment and consumables.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the equipment and procurement purchases and claims.
  • Maintain the asset and consumable tracking to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain VVIP Medical Team equipment and consumables.
  • Plan the budget and funding required for VVIP Medical Team equipment and consumables.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the equipment and procurement purchases and claims.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Aid the department managers in the execution of Hospital decontamination exercise.
• Aid the department managers in the conduct of Exemplary Leader Development Program (ELDP).
• Perform secretariat duties as assigned by the department managers.

Key Requirements

• Min. Degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics-related work.
