Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.
• Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing Edutech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.
• Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Position: Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into the computer system.
• Apply basic patient care.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Job Description:

• Co-operate with doctors and other health-care providers in smooth delivery of services to patients.

• Demonstrate basic skills and knowledge in the delivery of services to patients.

• Perform Phototherapy procedure.

• Ensure patient’s assessment and treatment outcomes are documented in Epic.

• Demonstrate proper and economical usage of consumables and supplies.

• Ensure that stock level on supplies and consumables are adequately maintained and replenished.

• Maintain and demonstrate proper use and care of equipment.

• Check and calibrate phototherapy machine/equipment to ensure that they are in good working order.

• Track and maintain service maintenance records of equipment.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Attend to patients’ feedback and enquiry, perform service recovery and provide information when appropriate.

• Attend to telephone enquires / feedback and trace results.

• Assist in patients’ appointment making.

• Participate in quality improvement projects.

• Cross-functional role covering within the clinic, perform skin scrape and processing, assist surgery, allergy patch and prick testing

• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer. Cross coverage within Dermatology Clinic’s Medical technologists

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Life Science / Bio -Technology

General Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline). Document and record customer details, queries and complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
