• Ensure that all freight personnel is trained on the information systems and that they are using them correctly to support the needs of the business.
• Handle tender and pricing requests from Network, Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ocean Freight Procurement, sourcing and negotiating for competitive price-structure.

• Training of new on-board staff.
• Report negative files to OM/HOD and negotiate with vendors to reduce negative impact.
