· Perform entry of laboratory and test data pertaining to the CBUs, CSCs, BM and PBSC.

· Document and compile laboratory test results and ensure compliance with company’s laboratory SOP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the complete service of food & beverage for banquet events
• Reports feedback from guests to the Banquet Operations Manager
• Informs the staff of the menus of each function as well as specific setup required and ensures that they performed as instructed
• Coordinates all the details for each function as advised by the Banquet Operations Manager
• Controls the setup and clearance of all banquet rooms
• Supervises the tidiness and cleanliness of the banquet storerooms and all the function rooms
• Holds regular meetings with the Banquet staff to discuss various aspects of service quality and complaints received from guests.
• Checks weekly function forecasts and arranges for the required staff strength and equipment
• Develops training programmes for the Banquet staff and casual staff.
• Assists in the recruitment for casual labor.
• Ensures proper grooming of the casual staff as per the standard
• Compiles the logbook for the Banquet Operations Manager’s information and follows up on actions to be taken
• Recommends different styles of set ups
• Minimizes wastage and maximize productivity

Requirements:

• Have minimally 3 years of experience in F&B and at least 1 year in managing employees
• Diploma, preferably in F&B servicing

Fleet Management

• To gain experience in Corporate Fleet Management through planning for vessel’s budgeting and working through the required engineering expenditures. To create a shift from current operations mindset and being a “cost centre” towards a Profit & Loss mindset as well as being a “value creator”. ​
• To lead in the role of FMS Training Project Coordinator, to plan and execute the training of FMS Champions and drive the proliferation of FMS knowledge and usage across our ships.​

​Project Management – People & Training​

• To participate in the continuous improvement initiatives for ESG at both departmental and company levels.​

Docking Management​

• Understudy one drydocking vessel since planning and preparation stage, including vessel inspection and communication with Master and CE for the drydock finalised action plan. Assist technical superintendent to compare and evaluate drydock cost, submission of Authorised of Expenditures (AFE) for technical management review.​
• Attend to dry docking, site inspection, VSCC and interaction and negotiation with shipyard, authorised maker service team, assorted service provider & vendor.​
• Perform pre and post drydocking Cost Analysis and Lesson Learnt Report for technical management review. ​

Some possible Stretched Projects:​

• To develop a strategy and operational plan to space out the maintenance and dry docking schedule of our ships​ Or any other approved KMG-level projects/initiative.​
