We’re excited about you if you have:

7-10 years of professional experience, ideally in consultative, strategic, and analytical customer-facing roles.

Comprehensive knowledge in the Software sector and/or an understanding of the Business Impact of Analytics, Big Data, Machine Learning/AI.
Strong grasp of how technological solutions, particularly in the realm of analytics and AI, culminate in tangible economic gains for enterprises.
Strong quantitative and modeling skills with an understanding of financial and accounting concepts including DCF, NPV, IRR, etc.
Deep understanding of one or more strategic industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing (including Automotive), Consumer Goods and/or Telco (CMT).

You may also have:

Poised executive presence, adept presentation/facilitation skills, and comfort in collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives.
A driven, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable with independently running initiatives within a "high growth/start-up paced" technology company.
Prior experience in a Sales environment or interactions with Sales teams.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commercial Operator with combined skills and experience in operations, conflict management and has commercial agility.

What’s the role?

Operators are the key executors of the ’life of the deal’, managing movements on bulk crude or product tankers from supply to delivery point in an operationally excellent and optimal manner, preventing profit leakage and looking for value add or optimization opportunities.
Some Operator roles will be more involved with running voyage charter vessels, operating Shell-leased terminals and or possibly involved in some blending activities. In these instances, Operators are expected to defend the P&L and look out for opportunities to maximize margins through effective asset utilization, preventing unnecessary downtime/demurrage or improving blend margins.
Ensure that all obligations arising from the contract and charter party are executed flawlessly, in compliance with governmental and industrial regulations as well as Shell’s HSSE guidelines.
Daily external interface with contractual counterparties, terminal operators, vessel owners/brokers and contracted vendors such as cargo surveyors or port agents.
Daily internal interface with Cargo/Freight Traders, Shipping & Maritime, Manufacturing, Product Optimizers, Claims, Contracts, Demurrage, Legal and Trade Finance.
Expected to manage supply and delivery schedules with internal and external counterparties. Operators will need to appreciate the challenges and constraints of the end-to-end supply chain, and operationalize a plan to meet those objectives, while remaining profitable and compliant.
Timely and accurate ship/cargo and date range nominations to ensure supply integrity and successful implementation of commercial business/supply intent.
Manage vessel operations, such as scheduling, routing, bunkering, stow planning & optimization, issuing voyage orders and monitoring fleet of vessels under your charge.
Manage cargo operations, such as managing off-spec issues, cargo readiness, scheduling, blending (where applicable for more senior or specialized Operators roles), avoiding tank-top/stock-out situations and volume/date-range optimization.
Support post-deal activities like settlements, customs clearance, demurrage and claims for example; ensuring that all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are met.
Appoint independent cargo surveyors, expeditors, ship-to-ship service providers and ships agents.
Ensure that all operational data is updated into trading systems in timely and accurate manner, facilitating up-to-date and accurate information flow.
Ensure that adequate records are filed to meet the company’s legal and fiscal obligations.
Ensure that any necessary financial security is in place prior to transfer of title to customers.
Be available to manage critical out of regular office hour issues.
The job may require after office hours or weekend attention from time to
time.
Attention to details, meticulousness and numeracy skills are a prerequisite.

What we need from you

Display relevant knowledge and or experience (2 – 3 years) in Commercial Operations. It will be advantageous to have some prior working experience in a Commercial (or similar) Operations-type environment.
Display some evidence of commerciality and ability to maximize margins or adding-value to the bottom line. For example: ability to participate in or positively contribute to end-to-end supply strategy plans as well as ability to identify/resolve potential blockers to successful operational execution.
Ability to contribute to successful implementation of an operations plan, identifying and managing supply/operational constraints independently.
Display some understanding of and ability to articulate the demands and nature of the commercial business.
Display evidence of effective teamwork, strong networking and influencing skills. Prospective candidates should be able to give evidence of effective stakeholder and relationship management.
Evidence of being able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities to achieve business intent and objectives with minimal supervision.
Evidence of ability to problem solve in uncertain circumstances or working with incomplete information.

What’s the role?

The Process Technician will be performing the following:

Operating process units within the Production Area in accordance to Standard Operating Plan, Daily Operating Instructions and Standing Instructions and Site Health, Safety, Security, Environment procedures;
Operating the plant within the Design-Operating-Window and the Integrity-Operating-Window;
Perform structured rounds (DCS Panel/Field) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating windows.
Managing plant and equipment upsets, abnormal conditions and subsequent trouble-shooting including incidents/plant emergencies and subsequent follow-up;
Assisting in coordination of daily maintenance planning and participating in shutdown and start-up of units;
Update operating procedures and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair
Perform the role of Authorized Gas Tester (AGT) which includes conduct gas testing, zero energy check, issuance of permits for safe execution of maintenance tasks and turnaround activities
Perform sampling and basic laboratory tests
Contributing in keeping process materials records and to maintain good housekeeping practices;
Keeping log records of operational activities for optimal and thorough handover to other shifts;
Participating in minor maintenance activities;
Perform the role of Auxiliary Fire Fighter if assigned in the event of emergency situations as per SJI policy.
Apply emerging technologies to perform process operational tasks
Operate robotic and automation technologies to perform plant surveillances and inspections
Perform routine field data logging and reporting
Use new data technologies to monitor plant and equipment performance
Carry out/Perform other related duties when required
Must be willing to perform overtime duties when required by the company

What we need from you

To be a successful candidate, you will have:

Nitec/Higher Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical & Green Technology / Clean Energy;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chemical processing or oil refining / utilities e.g. steam boilers and Cogeneration for Process Units;
Able to operate DCS independently;
WSQ Qualifications in workplace safety and health for process plants/manufacturing sites
Mandatory HSSE competency requirement specifically on ACSSEW (confined space safety assessor);
Qualified as a gas tester and/or confined space assessor;
Flexible to perform both shift work and day-work, as well as overtime, when the need arises;

This is an opportunity to take a lead role on supporting engineering design and consultancy activities on all aspects related to technical risks and reliability strategies. The Reliability Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on diverse projects, as well as supporting Reliability and Integrity Management programs on existing practices & facilities.

Responsibilities:

Support the growth and development of the Reliability Engineering as a practice.
Implementing and executing Design for Reliability (DfR) process
Provide support to projects and operational teams by identifying technical risks and developing reliability studies for production/ processing systems and new product development.
Supporting design and development teams by developing, assessing, and verifying Reliability & Maintainability-related requirements for mission-critical product and systems
Develop reliability engineering studies to specific project requirements, including Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA); Reliability, Availability and Maintainability analysis (RAM); Technical Risk Categorization (TRC); Technology Readiness Level Assessment (TRL); Life Data Analysis; Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC); as well as other methodologies and techniques related to Reliability Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Determine asset availability forecasting using applicable software.
Produce asset Reliability Performance reports and work with failure investigation teams on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
Develop technical reports as necessary.
Liaise with other disciplines for applicable engineering interfaces.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Engineering Degree, BS, MS Mechanical or Equivalent
Minimum 10-years professional experience.
Experience developing FMECA, RCM, TRC, TRL, RAM, and LCC studies as applicable.
Knowledgeable on RCFA and risk reduction initiatives associated with field failures.
Familiar with international codes and standards, including API (RP 17N / 17Q), ISO 14224, ISO 20815 and ASME to the extent required.
Familiar with technical and operational reliability requirements, including evaluation of novel technology initiatives and prototype qualification procedures.
Experience in the use and application of failure rate and reliability databases
Familiarity with industry known reliability and maintainability tools/software such as Reliasoft, Windchill, or Express to perform analyses.
Developing Reliability Allocations and Predictions (hardware and software), Maintainability Allocations and Predictions, Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Testability Analysis, Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Maintainability/Built-In Test (M/BIT) Demonstration
Supporting Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), and Integrated Health Management System (IHMS) programs
Planning and executing Reliability testing, e.g., Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS), reliability growth testing (RGT)
Proven track record of program design, implementation, and management
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 % of time as and when required.

Drive digital marketing and brand-building initiatives. As our Account Executive, you're not just managing accounts - you're curating relationships. With clients, you'll dive deep to comprehend their aspirations and craft campaigns to realize them. Within Hashtag Interactive, you're the linchpin, ensuring a harmonious collaboration between clients and our in-house talents.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS:

Immerse yourself in our workflow and processes, paving the way to independently steer at least one account
Manage at least one account autonomously, ensuring all deliverables are met
Become the go-to Point of Contact for at least one account
Orchestrate internal projects for your account, liaising seamlessly with our production team for timely, top-tier deliverables
Attend internal huddles to stay updated and share insights
Set goals with your team and manager and work towards achieving them

TYPICAL EXPECTATIONS:

Be the captain of at least two accounts (depending on size and scope), directing its course with minimal oversight
Consistently hit client deliverable deadlines
Draft insightful monthly reports, spotlighting recommendations for future strategies
Address challenges head-on; if not solving them, then charting a course toward a solution
Cultivate and cherish client relationships, underpinned by excellent communication
Engage in pitches, from the birth of an idea to its translation into a compelling proposal
Nurture new client relationships, from the first touchpoint to onboarding

• Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management as necessary.

• Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments to ensure efficient flow of service and information.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Stay informed about the various diagnostic tests and services offered. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services.

• Understand client's needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.

• Contribute to a positive customer experience and build lasting customer relationships. Proactively seek feedback to make improvements.

• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, healthcare regulations and service standards and requirements.

• Safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy (PDPA).

• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
