The Operational Technology (OT) Solution Consultant role is a customer facing domain expert who will drive innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills.

This role is a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting role. You will partner with sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness. The role takes a consultative approach with our customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions.

• Create and contribute in Sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology
• Serve as a thought leader on Operational Technology for ServiceNow
• Strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback from customer and industry lens

• In-charge of assigned tanker vessels’ operations
• Monitor and update vessels movements.
• Manage post-fixture activities.
• Data entry for vessel 's operation in IMO VIP system and excel file.
• Assist with day-to-day chartering activities including fixing of group period charted vessels.
• Management of P/L and calculation of the interim port and demurrage for T/C.
• Administer all CP’s concluded.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up.
• Maintain a database of vessel positions.
• Prepare charter parties and other necessary fixture documentation, where required.
• Liaise with vessel(s) for smooth operations and voyage optimization .
• Ensure a good understand of market practice and charter party terms for managing the costs exposures.
• Maintain accurate record of Chartering activities.
• Responsible for the Fixture Notes preparation and circulation.
• Confirm the compatibility for loading/ discharging port.
• Loading & Discharging operations and stowage planning.
• Support the team for all vessel Operation and Shipping related matters.
• Purchase the bunker incl negotiation.
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the team.

Requirement:

• Diploma and above
• 2-3 years' experience in shipping operation/ chartering industry
• Operator experience in vessels for oil and gas, ideally tanker.
• Understanding on industry terms - such as, demurrage, LOI, etc
