Job Title: Customer Experience Designer (Intern / Part-Time)

Job Overview: As a highly reputable player in the industry, we hire based on integrity and aptitude. In this role, you will support the CEO, store managers, and project managers in optimizing, designing, and refining our customer experience. Throughout your on-the-job training, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of our entire workflow, allowing you to propose ideas, improvements, and implementations. A full-time position may be offered upon successful completion of the internship. During this time, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. A minimum commitment of three shifts a week is required, including weekends. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.
Key Responsibilities:
- During the on-job training, you will be required to learn how to operate the business in order to better understand the customer's pathway and experience. You will be required to do operations from time-to-time, in order to develop a better understanding of how to improve the experience.
- Assist the CEO, Store Managers, and Project Managers, to conceptualise and devise ideas which can be used to enhance the experience for our customers. You will be required to create documentation, proposals, research and data, in order to substantiate your findings.
Requirements:
- Integrity, Honesty, and Good Aptitude is our #1 consideration.
- A relevant diploma or degree is required, students welcome.
- Knowledge in gaming and trading card games industry is not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently either alone or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills mandatory (Google Suite, Email, Web Whatsapp and Browser-Based Apps).
