• Regularly check the status of the PMS system in relation to expired planned maintenance, control machinery running hours, and schedule necessary works and vessel class/statutory inspections.
• Plan corrective repairs in cooperation with the vessel crew and other stakeholders, supervise and report on dry-docking works and substantial repairs, verify compliance with the Classification Society, and coordinate with third-party contractors for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with the operational Superintendent on manpower and shift planning of the vessel crew, work closely with the Safety department to ensure all jobs comply with the Safety Management System (S.M.S), and provide regular updates on vessel/equipment status to the operational department.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to purchase the correct spare parts and items relevant to the smooth operation of the equipment, and assign tasks to vessel crew regularly while monitoring their day-to-day activities.

Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%)​

• Working with your segment-focused marketing managers and sales consultants, support the creation of a demand generation strategy that meets regional targets​.
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and account-based marketing​.
• Building prospect lists of who you will be targeting, using business development tools​.
• The strategy you build should be defined by clear KPIs and a ROI. Specific campaigns that are built and delivered as part of your strategy should have trackable metrics and align with your overall strategic objectives​.
• You will own data management for prospecting and be a crucial part of the demand gen meetings to review top of the funnel activity and how we are performing against targets​

Demand Generation Delivery (approx. % of role breakdown – 60%)​

• Delivery of holistic demand generation activity, outbound and inbound lead generation​
• Managing your prospect lists, building, and executing campaigns within lead generation tools​
• Qualifying all leads and creating opportunities that are a good fit to be passed to Sales Consultants based on agreed criteria​.
• Follow up with Sales Consultants on opportunity created and take it as an opportunity to learn and reframe (why we win/why we lose)​

Segment Research (approx. % of role breakdown – 15%)​

• You will endeavour to stay up to date on the industry and businesses within your segments.
• You will assist with any segment research into areas such as industry trends, ​latest developments, etc that will assist with developing sales leads​.
• As segments and propositions become more clearly defined, you will assist with researching prospects in future segments for viability in terms of potential prospects​

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. We are looking for a Community Developer in Singapore who will be responsible for establishing and growing our communities around Ubisoft’s games with a proficiency in player communications, game improvements and feedback cycles, and deployment and maintenance of best practices. They will lead the global community strategy on specific brand(s), create and execute global plans, and work with a distributed international team that is focused on building relationships and earning trust with players around the world, contributing to our global business growth opportunities. This position will also provide guidance to cross-functional team members, working with Community Managers, Marketing, Production, and Video Editor teams, facilitating collaborative planning and executing commitments at high quality standards. As a member of the global community team, this position will be integrated with lead development studios. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and execute community strategic plans through a variety of content tactics, which support Production objectives and augment the overall marketing strategy.  
• Coordinate communication, activities, and initiatives with multiple global departments for consistent and cohesive messaging. 
• Leverage Community Managers, transversal teams, and relevant partner resources to create meaningful content for our players (example: social media content, blogs, podcasts, interviews, infographics, & more). 
• Act as one of the spokespersons for the assigned brand(s). Coordinate community-centric events including, but not limited to: studio visits from fans, developer dialogues, and livestreams.

We are looking for a Rider Compensation Operations Executive to join our growing team in Operations, at the heart of the foodpanda business! Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach. This position sits under Rider Growth / Fleet Health in the local SG market. The role is split into two parts:

Strategic part

• Strong collaboration with our regional overhead and strategizing of delivery partner payment landscape
• Analyze earnings data and implement payment schemes to suggest improvements on existing setups / Identify and analyze areas of improvement in rider earnings and payments, that lead to an optimized logistics experience
• Connect key performance metrics with delivery partner earnings to drive strategic changes within the earnings setup
• Find ways to drive logistics efficiency by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline business processes

Operational part

• Have an ear on the street and understand rider needs and want / translate these into actionable insights
• Act as a payroll partner for our fleet / Preparing data for payroll
• Bridge the gap between our shared service center for delivery partners and act on escalations on rider payments tickets
• Hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solution to our daily operational issue / Strong cross-departmental collaboration working together with other operational roles on ensuring a high quality work environment for our delivery partners
