Requirements

• At least 5 years of competitive coaching experience with elite and developmental youth athletes, especially in sprints, hurdles and relays and with knowledge, understanding and experience in fundamental movement skills and multi-event coaching in all events groups
• Possesses an international coaching qualification in Track and Field Athletics recognised or accredited by World Athletics, of at least Level 1 Coaching, with Level 2 Coaching preferred
• Possesses at least SG-Coach Level 1 certification or equivalent and is registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC). For foreign coach selected for the position, Singapore Sports School will facilitate the registration with the NROC
• Displays good understanding of sports science as applied to elite youth sports based on long term athlete development principles
• Competent in values inculcation and character development for student-athletes
• Good planning, administrative and organisational skills
• Able to communicate well in English with student-athletes and stakeholders

You will help build and manage the region's social media strategies, campaigns and content marketing. You will work closely with the APAC Social and Consumer Marketing teams when designing and delivering effective social media marketing campaigns and evergreen rollouts - from strategy, ideation, assets creation and development, execution, measurement, and day-to-day operations to overall project management. • You will be responsible for always-on social content curation efforts, from research and ideation to final delivery.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of copywriting experience, with prior experience and a proven track record in social media and digital content strategy within an agency, consultancy or technology companies
• Able to transform large amounts of information into simple findings that the client can incorporate into their marketing efforts 
• Passionate about all things content marketing, content creation, social and creative
• Ability to work autonomously and identify opportunities in ambiguity, with a self-starter attitude in a start-up-like environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving matrix organisation.

As the Content Specialist focusing on TikTok, Reels, YT shorts and supporting other social channels, you'll be working with one of our clients - to help them grow their social media credentials across different platforms and target audiences - primarily driven by video formats. 

In this role, you will wear many hats - a marketer, a project manager and a community manager - thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. We’re looking for someone passionate about social media, who understands what is driving trends, is well-versed in social media management and has strong content creation skills.

Role:

• Build and manage the content strategy for TikTok in partnership with the social media strategist.
• Keep up to date with content-related digital and social best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for engagement 
• Be the guardian of video content for all social channels.
• Own the entire process of shooting, editing and uploading the content while measuring performance to drive future strategy.

You:

• Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience, ideally in technology, creative marketing or social media agencies
• 3+ years of experience in social media with a focus on TikTok
• Excellent video editing and shooting skills. Should ideally have a certification in video editing software 
• Has a finger on the pulse of pop culture and the Gen Z audience, enjoys driving energy around the latest and the greatest
• A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times. 
• Experience in working closely with Brand/ Consumer Marketing teams is a plus. Strong ability to apply market research, data, and strategy to come up with innovative outcomes.
