We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data and Technology Specialist to join our People Technology team, which sits in the wider People team. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on supporting and optimizing our people (HR) systems, primarily Workday. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of integrations, reporting, and security frameworks while also building new integrations as business needs evolve.

Keeping a customer first mindset, you’ll be working closely with our People Technology Lead (Senior System Architect) in building, designing, delivering and maintaining Workday and all other People Systems across Wise.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrations Management:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations across the HR system landscape.

• Design, develop, and deploy new integrations as required, leveraging Workday Extend or other relevant tools.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements and are scalable.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop and maintain robust reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations.

• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems for meaningful insights and decision-making.

Security and Compliance:

• Manage user access and role-based permissions within Workday and related systems.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and industry regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to identify and address security vulnerabilities.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

• Provide training and support to HR and other stakeholders on system functionalities.

• Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices to leverage new features effectively.

Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Verify that the goods are intact and report any defects.

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.

• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders.

• Conduct weekly cycle counts.

• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

Operations Supervisor Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous.
• Proven work experience in the relevant department.
• Experience in implementing operational processes.
• Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare drawing for submission to authorities using Autocad software

- Prepare documents for the submission of drawings to relevant authorities

- Going out to sites for checking and inspection

- Any other related work assigned by the Company

- Familiar with Autocad software/SOLID WORKS

- Do not mind travelling to sites

- With working experience prefered

- Able to work and communicate with people from many other countries

1. Manage the team of RTOs, supervision of site set up, earth works, drainage works and reinstatement works

2. Report to Qualified Person

3. Prepare weekly reports and monthly reports.

4. Attend the meeting with client and consultants

5. Report any non-compliances to Qualified Person

6. Ensure the site Safety

• Provides project management for ongoing client sample programs through daily customer communication and contact. 
• Provides sample registration though the laboratory LIMS system and ensures correct registration
• Arranges all aspects of local and international logistics for both sample collections and overseas shipments to global partners.
• Performs data entry into eLIMS, CRM and other databases, as appropriate
• Be an internal liaison for clients so they only need to contact one person.
• Empowered to make decisions on behalf of clients to provide superior service.
• Provides information for clients (e.g. Pricing, Capabilities, Status, Sample Submission)
• Onboards new clients by asking appropriate questions and provides on line sample registration training
• Submits and coordinates client requests for re-testing, additional testing, OOS investigations and changes that are needed.
• Communicates and coordinates timely resolutions to customer complaints.
• Provides support for other Client Service Associates and Sample Management team when needed (e.g. absence, workload adjustment, site and regional balancing)
• Coordinates conference calls with client and Eurofins sites as needed.
• Monitors KPI’s for key customers assigned, including TAT performance metrics and Interco sales.
• Contributes to assigned process improvement projects and supports implementation when needed.
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.
