Job Description Summary
Lead all aspects of the commercial and corporate real estate process within the Asia Pac / India region including but not limited to; the development of real estate strategy, defining & and optimizing space requirements and workplace strategies, site selection, negotiations, tenant improvements, property management and dispositions. The position will be based in Singapore.

About the Role:
- Execute on Asia Pac / India real estate plans to deliver on key GRE portfolio metrics.
- Partner with internal functions and external Real Estate providers for transaction, design and project management to ensure the successful execution of real estate strategies and enable the businesses to meet their objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management in the business across Asia Pac / India region striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of delivery from the Global Real Estate (GRE) team.
- Manage the integrity of data across the region to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize C&W’s client’s use of its property assets across the region, exploiting cost and space reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects ensuring clear accountability and obtaining results.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Management, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of Corporate Real Estate function experience with MNC.
- Experience influencing and driving results through external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
- Experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of the India market, with at least 5 years of experience in dealing with India transactions is mandatory.
