Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage recruitment process
· Familiar with requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, interview process, and other pre-hiring activities.
· Constant follow up on candidate leads to meet job order requisition plan.
· Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.
· Work with various partners for placement opportunities.
· Participate in physical and virtual career fairs, subsequently updating of candidates’ database system.
· Attend to jobseekers’ enquiries eg. on available job vacancies and hiring companies.
· Take initiative to approach the public members and engage job seekers
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders
· Preferably 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or business development role.
· Strong interest in Recruitment, Career Advisory and Employment Landscape.
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
· Customer service-oriented, target driven to meet KPIs.
· Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Independent & proactive.
· CEI certification
· Training & development opportunities provided.
