As a NAND CMOS Device Engineer, you will help set the direction for current and future CMOS technology for Micron’s NAND Memory Technology Roadmap!

You will work with the Design Team to set electrical targets and define transistor structures to meet these targets. As a Senior NAND Cell Device Engineer, in the Singapore Device Technology Development group of Micron Technology Inc., you will be responsible for electrical characterization of the NAND memory cell and develop novel device solutions for cutting-edge 3D-NAND flash technologies. Job responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of performance & reliability requirements for new NAND cells and help refine requirements, as necessary.

JOB PURPOSE

Undertakes duties in food preparation, processing and distribution to residents.

Food Services Activities

· Wash Peel and cut vegetables, meats as directed before preparation or cooking.

· Cook soups as directed, cook porridge and rice when required.

· Prepare fruits, light snacks as directed.

·Preparation of foods which are to be served as part of special or therapeutic diets for residents.

· Ensure food are stored in the correct temperatures.

· Cooking of all menu items.
