• Maintaining cleanliness of store base on SFA standards and regulations & Maintain standard of quality, high level of store sanitation & cleanliness in the outlet to Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements without compromise.

• Store Operations Management: Provide support to ensure seamless store operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively.
• Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring the completeness of stocks received. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock inbound and outbound processes, and issue invoices accordingly.
• Store Improvement & Problem Solving: Participate in planning and executing store improvement strategies, providing solutions to any issues that arise during operations.
• Staff Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to store staff, ensuring compliance with work standards and customer service expectations. Assist in new store set-up and staff onboarding.
• Inventory and Stock Ordering: Handle stock ordering processes, including the preparation and submission of stock orders to Japan, and monitor stock delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
• Stock Display & Maintenance: Ensure proper stock display and adherence to visual merchandising standards, including maintaining the shop’s planogram and POP (point of purchase) materials.
• Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of operations and inventory reports, including daily target setting and tracking. Report any shortages or damaged items to HQ for resolution.
• Stock-Take Support: Actively participate in supporting stock-take processes to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Store Cleanliness & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor and manage store equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Cashiering & Office Supplies: Oversee cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and monitor office and cashier supply sufficiency.
• Team Management & Scheduling: Assist in creating staff rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs. Ensure staff sufficiency during peak periods.
• Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Shop Manager to support the overall retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to and from PSA PORT to customer premises.
• Collect and return containers from customer premises to container depots.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure it is in working order.
• Report any delays due to accidents or breakdowns.
• Take responsibility for vehicle maintenance, including refueling, cleaning, and servicing the truck.
• Ensure all deliveries are conducted safely and with proper handling.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to complete daily delivery assignments on time.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and parking rules, and be accountable for any illegal parking.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
