• Our Marketing Executive at Learns will primarily be working within our digital marketing team. As our sales function, the Sales Support Specialist at MIJ Hub offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as an individual contributor. In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless experience between our e-commerce platforms and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

● Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

● Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals, upsell, and meet targets.

● Customer Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
