Requirement:

• 3 and more years of proven success in an operations management role (preferred in F&B/ Hospitality Industry)
• Strong skills in development and oversight
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications

Technician (Heavy Vehicle)

Location: Tuas (West)

Working Hours: 5.25 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm), Alternate Saturdays (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Up to S$ 3,800

Responsibilities:

• To perform all basic troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
• To carry out Service Maintenance on the trucks including
• To ensure Utilization, Efficiency and Productivity is achieved
• To record repair time and detail of repair in the Work Order
• Adhere to Warranty Process and Procedures
• Ensure good housekeeping of work bay
• Accountable for all tools and equipment handling and usage
• Ethical compliance of genuine parts replacement and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works
• Ensure all service and repairs are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good quality practice
• Lead by example to ensure high level of Health & Safety performance within the area of responsibility.
• To attend to breakdown where necessary
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:

• At least a Certificate or NITEC in Automotive Technology
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 / 4 / 5 driving license (Singapore)
• Preferably at least 2 to 4 years of working experience in servicing and repairing heavy trucks
• Basic knowledge in vehicle Principles and Concepts
• Good knowledge in advanced engine, transmission and brake systems
• Ability to read vehicle electrical circuit diagrams
