Tasks & responsibilities

1. Knowledge: Learning on coffee served and be innovative for new ideas
2. Customer Service: Handle customer questions and issues.
3. Inventory: Keep track of supplies and order as needed.
4. Operations: Ensure the cafe is clean and running smoothly, to help with service when busy.
5. Cleanliness: To ensure cleanliness of bar at all times
6. Sales: Promote specials and boost sales.
7. Training: Support and develop staff skills.

SALARY $2200-$3500 PER MONTH depends on experience

Main responsibilities are as follows:

Support Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management

Be a team player and promote positive team dynamics in kitchen and restaurant

Be fully aware and well trained to prepare every item in the menu to high quality standards

Develop a strong knowledge of all company menu items/ products

Ensure strict adherence to kitchen SOPs, food prep hygiene and personal hygiene guidelines at all times

Daily operations – timely deliverance of consistent food, checking stock, meeting customers’ needs

Effective stock/fresh food rotation to minimise wastage (I.e. FIFO procedure)

Waste management – In line with regulations and agreed procedure

Adhering to health and safety standards for kitchen & kitchen staff as dictated by Government authorities

Advising on kitchen equipment requirements including cooking and service hardware

On-going general maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen and all food preparation areas

Option for 5 or 6 day work

Commis salary range $2,200-$2,500


CDP salary range: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Junior Sous Chef salary range: 2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Basic $2,800 - $3,500

Responsibilities

Accounts cum admin duties ( Prefer experience in Construction & Interior renovation related field )

Admin duties

General admin duties ,Filing , Co ordination site and office ,Gneral Admin duties .Sales quote , following up on project.

Accounts Duties

* Perform bookkeeping transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL); handle partial or full sets of accounts.

* Assist in preparing management accounts and director statements for year-end filing.

* Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.

* Assist in tax computations and file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Form C/CS for company income tax.

•Preparation of GST submission

* Assist with other statutory filings, e.g., ACRA.

* Perform invoicing within the accounting system.

* Set up payments via internet banking.

* Prepare payroll reports.

* Physically file and e-file documents.

* Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

* Proficiency in accounting principles such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

* Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and ability to work independently.

* Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin
