As an Admin Officer, you process and manage the season parking for managed car parks.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Respond to phone and email enquiries from season parkers.

· Process and update season parkers on requests such as applications, extensions, renewals and terminations.

· Maintain accurate season parking records by preparing invoices, renewal notices, credit notes and collection listings.

. Prepare monthly season car park reports for business units and clients.

Requirements

· At least ‘O’ Levels.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Working experience in accounting-related roles is an advantage.

· Possess effective communication and customer management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Full Set Accounts:
   • Manage the complete set of financial statements, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
   • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
   • Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
   • Assist with year-end closing and preparation for audits.
2. Corporate Tax:
   • Prepare and file corporate income tax returns in compliance with Singapore tax regulations.
   • Conduct tax planning and research to ensure the company’s tax strategy is optimized.
   • Liaise with tax authorities on matters related to tax audits and assessments.
   • Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
   • Assist in tax filing, payment processes, and corporate tax compliance reporting.
3. GST (Goods and Services Tax):
   • Manage and file monthly/quarterly GST returns accurately and on time.
   • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including input and output tax calculations.
   • Maintain proper GST documentation and filing systems for audits.
   • Advise on GST matters, including new legislation, regulatory changes, and impact on business operations.
   • Assist with GST audits and resolve any GST-related queries or issues from the tax authorities.
4. General Finance & Reporting:
   • Prepare monthly management reports for internal review and decision-making.
   • Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
   • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
