• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that documentation processes align
• Prepare and send quotations for 3PL services to customers.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and manage demurrage, storage, and detention charges, taking proactive steps to minimize costs.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate reports
• Handle administration task whenever necessary (Ad HOC Duties)

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level/ Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with TradeNet and possessing a TradeNet Declarant ID.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with bilingual clients.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly in multi-currency and inventory modules, is preferred.
• Meticulous, independent, quick learner with a strong work ethic, able to work well under pressure.
• Candidates available to start immediately or with short notice are preferred.
