Roles & Responsibilities:

• Revenue reconciliation (Non-patient billing and patient billing)
• Handle accounts receivable transaction and update receipts from debtors
• Review AR aging trial balance
• Preparation and posting of subvention receipts
• Perform bank reconciliation and cashflow projection
• Handle daily clinic cash collection (backup)
• Prepare journal and audit schedules
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate in Accounting.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Organized and meticulous with data entry
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

As the Director, you will be overseeing and managing the overall operations of Silkargo. This

includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company's objectives and goals,

managing and developing a team of managers and supervisors, and ensuring compliance with

regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree on Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in developing strategic logistics/trade solutions
• Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

The incumbent will be responsible for the transfer of Incoming and Outgoing calls for guests and administration staff. Attend to guest requests and enquiries regarding telephone calls, Hotel services and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Connect/transfer incoming and outgoing calls to/from guests and staff.
2. Program wake-up calls and take guest messages.
3. Train and ensure Communication Agents are competent and confident in handling the switchboard according to Standard Set.
4. Liaise with vendor/Telecoms on repairs and breakdown of telephone equipment.
5. Taking restaurant reservations using TABLECHECK.
6. Reporting any room facilities default to relevant department via HOTSOS.
7. Taking In Room Dining via Infrasys Cloud POS.
8. Ensure all Cable Movies and Public Music is in working order.
9. Ensure all Events for the day/week/month are updated accordingly.
10. Handle calls during Emergency Situation such as Fire Alarm, Bomb Threat Call and Request for doctor.
11. Ensure all telephone discrepancies or loss of posting is rectified immediately.
12. Ensure all calls are handled professionally and in a warm and friendly manner.
13. Assist in all Front Office areas when necessary to meet business needs.
14. Demonstrate Awareness of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within WSH guidelines.
15. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
16. Able to handle Fire Command Centre duties – Carpark & Elevator Intercom and Panic alarm assistance.
17. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.

• Work closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Setup, configure and maintenance of computer hardware, network and system
• Troubleshoot and provide IT technical support to end-users on hardware, software and network issue
• Manage data protection and cyber security function.
• Maintain IT assets, system documentations and software license.
• Knowldege on adminstrating 365 Environment, Security and Intune is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant qualifications
• Broad technical understanding of Window OS and Microsoft 365 with basic IT network skillset
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn.
