1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. 4. Correspond with applicants to clarify and advise on the requirements of the applicants’ application.
5. Send by email or conventional mail, the soft/or hard copies of the application approval or rejection letters to the applicants.
6. Attend to members of public who walk into the Authority’s premises to enquire about their license applications.
7. Respond to service requests, complaints, and feedback from the public, applicants, and licensees, and assist walk-in enquiries about license applications as directed by the Authority.

Requirements:

1. Singapore Citizen.
2. Have minimum an “O” Level certificate in Singapore
3. Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in related administrative work and have basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management
