Job Description & Skills/Requirements:-
This position reports to the Regional Country Manager and interfaces with Organization managers and GM Sales. This position will require to have basic IT knowledge, solution selling and experiences in Electronics, Transport, Logistics, Aerospace, Hospitality industries.
Individual is involved in:
1. Active canvasing for new customer base
2. Achievement of agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
3. Pre-sales activities to ensure healthy pipeline and good closure rate, with post-sales activities occasionally according to sales requirement
4. Performance of sales cycle which includes sales quotation, order confirmation, purchase requisition, delivery (urgent case), installation (occasionally), payment collect.
Skills/Requirements:-
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements, convey and convince prospective customers on relevant
- Possess selling, negotiation and communication skills to pitch and convince existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Self-motivated to independently perform his/her job without (or minimal) supervision
- Positive work attitude and engage in continuous improvements through feedback
- Basic IT knowledge in Tele-Communication, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good sense of both Software and Technical skill
- Good Presentation Skill & Project Management
- Bilingual English & Mandarin is require due to Chinese clients
- Polytechnic Diploma - Electrical & Electronics Engineering N.E.C.
