The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. The ideal candidate would be someone who is comfortable to work independently with accounting or finance qualification and experience with an interest to be exposed on the more strategic aspects of managing finances and accounts as an individual contributor. The individual would also be keen to perform operational tasks up to 40% of the time. Skills/Requirement

• Writing SQL queries and working with MS SQL. Familiarity with data ETL and data warehouse/cubes is a plus.

• Any relevant experience with coding on web/app/server-side applications is a plus.

Job Description:

The Role:

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.

Responsibilities:

As a sales executive, it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
