About the Job

As the Head of Paid Media, you are data driven and business savvy to develop strategies to impact topline and bottom line of our business. You will lead your team to optimize advertising strategies to drive incremental revenue across our brands and increase our brand exposure and preference, offering the opportunity to innovate in a dynamic field and significantly enhance our company's market presence and revenue.

The Head of Paid Media will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for our core businesses in Banking, Insurance, Creatory and ShopHero to drive traffic, increase conversions, balancing profitability and new user growth.
• Lead and manage the paid media team, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns.
• Reviewing quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue forecasts and articulating opportunities and risks in plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing verticals, sales, and content, to deliver on business and marketing objectives.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and ROI
• Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure tracking
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media marketing

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

1. Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
2. Prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, compiles, evaluates, and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors according to tender requirements.
3. Prepare and assist in project final account.
4. Prepare project costing in the bidding process.
5. Prepare and submit project claims and ensure that claim forms are signed by client within the specified period. (SOP 3 working days)
6. Initiate and assist in project cost planning control and budget estimation.
7. Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, and ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims, and final account.
8. Collect, organize and keep records of relevant forms and documents required for project claim purpose. (Including variation orders and correspondences)
9. Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients.
10. To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients.
11. Carry other contracts and administration tasks or other assigned duties as required.

Procurement

1. Negotiate with vendors and acquiring the goods and services for the best price available.
2. Review purchase orders prepared by subordinates to ensure purchases are valid.
3. Maintain the records concerning the purchase of materials.
4. Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
5. Building strong working relationships with key suppliers.
6. Provide products specification and rate to the relevant department.
7. Monitor purchases made are within the sales contracts or quotation.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively create, test, and tune new detection use-cases in the SIEM
• Review and enhance existing detection use-cases using Machine Learning or User & Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA).
• Map detection use-cases to the MITRE ATT&CK framework to assess SIEM monitoring coverage.
• Perform regularly updates to threat detection engineering playbooks, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the SOC to challenge and improve detection and prevention capabilities.
• Identify and implement SIEM use-cases to address blind spots.
• Coordinate with the log onboarding team and SIEM architect to validate new log sources for compliance and improve SIEM backend performance.
• Collaboration with Service Operations team to address challenges, process fulfillment, documentations, and improvement of Service Operations Quality.
• Provide governance on topic which related to operational stability.

Requirements:

• Degree from a reputable university or significant course work in Computer Science, Networking, engineering or other computer-related fields of study.
• At least 3 years of experience with demonstrable skillsets in SIEM use-case engineering, with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Previous relevant experience working in a security operational role, ideally within a Corporate, Military, or Police environment; engaging with and responding to a diverse array of internal stakeholders, including senior management
• Have good emotional intelligence and is a proven team player
• Rational and calm under pressure
