The Role:

• Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers’ MFDs (e.g. copiers and printers)
• Manage the inventory of MFD parts, tools and assets assigned to you
• Ensure internal records are updated timely and status of service calls are communicated to the team

Requirements:

• Experience in troubleshooting monochrome and colour printers in a network environment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• A valid Class 2 or 3 driving license with good driving record preferred
• Entry level NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma holders in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields are welcome to apply

Job Description:

• Attend to residents’ needs at night. Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents and report residents’ needs to the Administrator
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the Home premises
• Collaborate with staff to deliver quality care services to residents (eg. vital signs taking)
• Accompany residents for follow-up appointments
• Assist and participate in residents’ recreational, occupational, social and therapy programmes
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures
• Protect organization’s value by keeping resident information confidential
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Must be able to stay in the Home at night

Working Hours : 6 days, capped at 44 hours per week
