Job Description

• Minimum Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Diploma or relevant experience in AUTOCAD
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting tools
• Be independent, self – motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Preparation of production drawing
• Able to convert the drawings into programme files
• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
• Coordinate with production supervisor for production schedule
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
• Quantity take-off and cost estimation (Architecture/ M&E / A&A)
• Preparation for tender submission and Assist to source for vendors and establish vendors list for the project as assigned.
• Assist to obtain market pricing from vendors (include labors, logistic and materials)
• Assist to prepare cost plan and cost report for project assigned for;
• Assist to prepare procurement strategy in line with management objective;
• Assist to prepare, compile, validate and administrate contract document for all vendors (contractors, suppliers, services providers, etc);
• Liaison with vendors for pricing, delivery, compliance of the products to the authority code, compatible of products for the project and payments;
• Assist to prepare monthly/ weekly QS report pertaining cost plan, vendors list, procurement plan, contract administration and project update as required;
• Conduct full QS services and contract administration for project cycles from pre-contract, post-contract and maintenance periods;
• Assist QS manager in negotiation with vendors to obtain the best pricing and values for the project;
• Assist QS manager in liaison with another internal department

Job Requirement

• itec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is a must
• Able to communicate and coordinates with supervisor and other team member
• Minimum 2 year Work experience in A&A works/ Interior Design/ Renovation/ Fit-out Works
• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Development (R&D):

Regulatory Affairs:

Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including product registration, certifications, and renewals.

Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and authorities, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely approvals.

Keep the organization updated on changes in regulatory policies and standards, adapting company processes as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive records of quality and regulatory processes, audits, and certifications.

Generate detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on quality and regulatory performance.

Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Support cross-departmental training on regulatory and quality matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FDA, CE, or CFDA, and quality standards like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in regulatory documentation and quality management software is a plus.

Job Description:

• Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken
• Fully understand and adhere to all instructions as detailed in distribution & batch documents and SOPs
• Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMPs
• Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packaging rooms according to appropriate SOPs. Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure it is consistently clean and tidy
• Count and record materials required for use in Clinical Trial operations. Ensure all materials are handled carefully and in the correct manner
• (Quality) Report any known breaches in procedure, or any examples of substandard quality to supervisor
• Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
• Receive incoming or returned materials in an efficient manner and perform putaway followed by the uploading of details into the Inventory Management System accordingly
• Ensure the correct picking of materials for all Distribution Orders
• Perform all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs and Distribution instructions to ensure efficient, exact and secure completion
• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
• Process material for all Clinical Services packaging disciplines, e.g. blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, label & compilation, in accordance with SOPs and Production Instructions
• (Quality) Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as detailed in relevant SOPs.
• Hold responsibility for verification of materials processed by completing all relevant documentation.
