- Design and synthesize debonding on demand polymers with unique, stimuliresponsive properties.

- Characterize the developed polymers, ensuring their effectiveness and viability in advanced adhesive technologies.

- Apply extensive experience in literature and patent search, ideally as an inventor, to contribute to the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio and innovation strategy.

- Lead a cross-functional team of scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration to drive progress in DoD polymer research.

- Collaborate with external R&D partners, exploring open innovation opportunities to accelerate technological advancement.

Requirements

- Strong background in Project Management with a solid understanding of material science, particularly in polymer chemistry and processing technologies.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and align research activities with business goals.

- Expertise in coordinating the development of materials with debonding on demand (DoD) functionalities and ensuring their commercial viability.

- Proven leadership experience, ideally in managing scientists and technology developers in a research and development setting.

- Experience in collaboration with external R&D partners and driving open innovation initiatives.

- PhD or Master’s in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, or related field.

- 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in project management and leadership roles in material development.

• Manage the operational activities of the projects to be within budget so as to support the achievement of the sales and PBT target:

- Resources availability and reliability (eg; manpower, equipment, etc)

- Manpower capacity, competency and deployment

- Work productivity through effective management (eg; machine utilisation rate, time management, etc)

- Ensure compliance of SAC at sites

- Ensures that inspection activities are carried out according to standard methods

- Coach and guide staff on the job training

• Provide technical feedback and costing information to superiors and sales team for tendering and quotation process, which include:

- Evaluate/Decide the capacity and capability to undertake the project according to technical specifications and requirements (eg; site visit, study specifications, drawings and other requirements, etc)

- Highlight additional costing items where require for the tender or quotation

• Manage the project activities within the allocated budget and timeframe:

- Project task breakdown and schedules

- Resources and deployment

- Monitoring and tracking progress

- Review project reports

- Site visits and meetings

- Resolutions of complaint, issues and feedback.

• Review project progress/final claims for approval and invoicing
• Complete the project:

This individual will be responsible for delivering an exceptional brand experience, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations that align with the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience Management:

• Create and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s identity.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of soy milk products and their benefits to customers.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

2. Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Experience Center, including inventory, equipment, and facility management.
• Ensure the center meets operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of raw materials and promotional items.

3. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to staff to ensure excellence in customer service.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Sales and Marketing:

• Drive sales of soy milk products by educating customers and promoting product benefits.
• Implement promotional campaigns, events, and workshops to attract and engage customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, customer traffic, and feedback.

5. Brand Representation:

• Serve as the face of the brand at the Experience Center, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Organize and host events to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store initiatives with broader brand campaigns.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on center performance to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or managing a customer-facing center, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food products is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Work Environment and Expectations:
