• Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues andimplementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Maintain and update all project schedules regularly, collecting actual data such asprogress status and manpower allocation.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultantsubmissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or challenges and developcontingency plans to mitigate them.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate site-related technical problems encountered.
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ General Manager/ ProjectDirector.

(C)Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum 8 years’ engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
• At least 3 years’ experience in planning, coordinating and managing construction works / teams on projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.

The duties of Medical Laboratory Technologist includes but are not limited to grossing, tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, cryotomy, special stains, immunohistochemistry, and maintenance of equipment and QA documentation.

Job responsibilities

• Perform basic Histology functions (i.e., embedding, microtomy, routine and special stains and frozen sectioning)
• Perform Immunohistochemistry staining including preparation of reagents; antibodies using automated staining machine.
• Perform Immunofluorescence staining including freezing, cutting, staining and preparation of reagents for manual staining.
• Perform histochemical staining including preparation of reagents required for the test.
• Perform on-call duty for kidney/ liver transplant frozen section service.
• Examine slides under microscope to ensure slide preparation meets laboratory standards.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary laboratory reagents
• Maintain laboratory facilities and equipment.
• Assist in supervising daily workflow in IHC laboratory.
• Assist in maintaining and setting up of equipment, instruments and apparatus use for the various techniques.
• Provide technical guidance to co-worker and assist in the training of new personnel.
• Perform Proficiency Test for CAP accreditation.
• Complete all associated paperwork (i.e., workload recording, PM/temperature charts, etc.)
• Prepare Risk Assessment
• Perform Chemical and laboratory safety duty
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
