• Update the records to process account payable and petty cash
• Review AP aging, report of exception matter (if any)
• Reconcile vendors’ SOA to our accounting record (at least for major suppliers
• Update records of account receivables
• Prepare general ledger in time for audit schedule assigned
• Small entities monthly and yearly closing
• Handling the full set of accounts for small entities
• Assist in preparation for GST return, corporate income tax return, ECI
• Assist in quarterly or half yearly and financial year end stock take conducted by finance dept
• Assist to prepare stock take variance report for superior to review

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure profitable growth of our Agreement Base by selling new Service Agreements, renewing existing Agreements with added value/scope, and ensuring customer retention via active relationship management.

•     The Sale of new and renewal Service Agreements to potential customers

•     Maintain and develop business relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth and customer retention

•     Prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate their terms according to company Contractual Instructions and grant approvals according to Delegation of Authority

•     Follow good CRM practices on all Sales Case and Activity monitoring and handling

•     Responsible for agreement, customer, and asset data quality for the related Sales Cases

•     Responsible for proper execution of Business Reviews for the related Agreements, utilizing the online customer portal

•     Responsible for proper handover of all agreement details to Administrators/Planners and coordinate any needed changes during active agreement period

•     Assist Finance & Administrators to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of any overdue debts

•     Actively promote other non-agreement Services and Products, focusing on asset Modernizations and Spare Part needs

•     Assist in creating team level sales forecasts, strategies, Annual Plans and Long-Term Plans

Job Requirements:

•     Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field

•     1-2 year/s of Engineering or Sales experience
•     Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools

•     Having your own car is advantageous as traveling around Singapore is required

An Outlet Manager is responsible for the profitability and performance of a food service outlet. Duties include overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedules, cashiering, food supplies, maintenance and administrative operations.

The Outlet Manager is also expected to guide employees to find new ways to generate revenue and enhance the customer experience. Other responsibilities include recruiting, training and motivating staff, as well as maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety in the dining area.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Oversee day to day restaurant operations.

2. Manage and maintain inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluation sales performances.

3. Ability to keeps track of the food available in the kitchen and the food that needs to be ordered.

4. Ability to source, identify and interact with vendors to help get the best quality food for the most competitive price.

5. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.

6. Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the restaurants adhere to pertinent health and safety regulations.
