We seek teacher who is familiar with international curricula( especially Cambridge Primary and Secondary Curriculum) and current pedagogical techniques and who are comfortable with technologyA degree in French is preferred but those with a degree in other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
Ability to teach core academic subjects other than English would be an added advantage.

Position: HR/Account Executive

Duties:

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.

• Preparation of monthly financial and management reports

• Support audit and tax queries

• Liaise with banks on banking transactions

• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions

• Inventory stock checking report from 2 outlets and office. (Important items and liquor), internal stock transfer record.

Requirement:

Job Summary: The intern will get trained and will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer experience in alignment with the brand’s standards. This position requires a proactive approach to managing retail sales at studio, on ground event support for the brand, vendor relations, inventory management and online/offline order fulfilment to support the seamless operation of our multi designer fashion platform. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Indian fashion landscape, excellent team work and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The candidate should be able to work on Canva, Photoshop and should have good computer skills to be able to work on word, excel and power point.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations and Admin Support: Assist in overseeing the end-to-end sales and order process, including inventory management at the Studio, online and offline orders fulfilment and follow up.
2. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with international vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and follow up closely with them on customer enquiries.
3. Inventory and Invoice: Maintain accurate inventory records of stocks at the studio via the processes that have been set up, create invoices for goods sold/ordered and prepare month end invoices for the international vendors.

Your Mission: As our Lead Finance Analyst is based in Singapore reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, your role will be pivotal your role will be essential in the company’s annual operating plan, financial quarterly forecast and cost roadmap review, actual reporting vs. plan variance analysis and projects.
