The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. • Identify and qualify opportunities to achieve sales booking targets.
• Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
• Leverage and involve multiple stakeholders in Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft to ensure high win rate
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal
• Participate in the development, presentation, and articulation of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers
• Track and update internal CRM system for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts
• Work with key partners such as Microsoft, Hitachi Asia (HAS), and ISV partners to identify and qualify opportunities
• Join weekly sales meeting and provide timely reports
• Execute industry strategy and acquire new customers in the assigned industries
• Comply with the internal processes related to customer screening, deal evaluation, pricing approvals, and Phase Gate
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

• Position : Project Engineer (A&A Construction) - Up to $6,500 + Bonus
• Office Location : East - Aljunied
• Working hours : 5.5 days - Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm | Saturday 8am to 12pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in Architectural/ Building / Construction Management or related; with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Great team player with pro-active attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

We are hiring a chartered accountant to provide us a high-quality accounting, auditing, taxation and financial advisory services to our operations. The responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Responsible for providing forecast and budgeting reports.
• Subject matter expert in regulatory reporting related projects and PoC calculation.
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for entities in the regional and keep abreast of changing regulatory requirement.
• Provide financial reporting, tax advisory and corporate compliance services.
• Assist Overseas Financial Controller in preparing the consolidated financial statements and lead monthly reporting of actual financial results / operating metrics.
• Responsible for company accounts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and auditing preparation and reports on a periodical basis.
• Liaising with Head Office and able to travel overseas for financial meeting.
• Able to use Inhouse systems for reporting.
• Participate in financial advisory projects such as corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
• Requires upload reports.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.

• Assist the Therapists in all activities of therapy treatment
• Transferring / Portering of patients
• Perform equipment setup for treatment, inventory control and administrative duties
• Daily maintenance of the tidiness and cleanliness of the equipment in the department
• Interact with the patients and take care of patients during their therapy programs
• On-the-job training will be provided

Job requirements

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), or NITEC in Community Care & Social Services
• Must be able to stand for long durations
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be an added advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
