Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Payment / finance industries or IT Domain, with strong knowledge in Project Management, Agile methodologies and PM tools & Software

Good command of PowerCARD Solutions with successful implementations in different client sites

Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

Strong organizational, time management and administration skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Experience in Construction preferable in micropiling & geotechnical works
• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.
• Self Motivated, Team players, preferably with valid class 3 driving license

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

• Receive complaints and resolve problems

• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa

• Prepare and submit performance reports

• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance

• Hire and train new employees

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
