Responsibilities:

• To receive the work order from Assistant Purchasing Manager to carry out jobs by the requirement of the order.
• To clarify with customers via Marketing department enquiries or item descriptions that are unclear
• To submit quotation worksheet to assistant purchasing manager within the time frame as stated on work order for approval and make the necessary amendments
• Ensure the timely delivery of stores of confirmed orders by supplier.
• Provide Picking list, Stock chit, and coordinate with Operations Department on delivery time.
• Ensure that all relevant documents (i.e. Certificate, D.O) are in order for delivery
• Hand over signed delivery orders to Accounts department.
• Coordinate return of stores to supplier, submit Goods Return Note (if any) and collection of Credit note.
• Update system and post the necessary documents after completion of order
• Perform processes as per documented requirements to uphold integrity of data accuracy, required for measurement of the effectiveness of quality and environmental management’s continual improvement effort.

Description:

• Hardware Skill – Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner

Requirements:

• Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.

Role

The role of a Cook is to maintain a high standard of hygiene in preparation and cooking of meals for the clients from Day Activity Centre and students from School.

Responsibilities

· Management of food stocks including checking quantity and quality of food items.

· Purchase ingredients and work within decided budget.

· Menu planning to ensure variety and nutrition of food served.

· Preparation, cooking and serving meals for Day Activity Centre (DAC) clients lunch time. Assist in the feeding of DAC clients.

· Preparation, cooking and serving meals for School students’ morning and afternoon recess time.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times in the kitchen.

· Direct activities of trainees who assist in the kitchen e.g. during preparing, serving meals and area cleaning.

· Work as a team and participate positively and actively in the quality service delivery in line with the mission, goals and objectives of the Association.

· To undertake any other duties as assigned by the HOD - DAC and School Principal.

Requirements

· Be able to prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards.

· Have a good personal hygiene.

· Must be physically fit.

· Must be able to converse in simple English.

· Have a compassionate and patient personality.

· Experience in working with persons with special needs is an added advantage
