Looking for Part-time/Temp Clinic Assistant

• Prior Experience preferred.
• We are a heartland medical GP clinic that does not have insurance / TPA arrangement. Workload is expected to be comfortable. If you would like to try a different kind of clinic working experience compared to a corporate clinic, do get in touch with us.
• Pay ranges $11.70/hr to $14.04/hr depending on experience and work hours (rates are inclusive of employer CPF)
• 4 to 20 hours/week, on a Roster Basis
• Able to work weekdays, nights and weekends

Week day shift hours

830am to 130pm

230pm to 430pm

7pm to 9pm

Sat shift hours

830am to 1230pm

Sun Shift hours

9am to 12pm

Duties

• Registration of patients / attend to enquiries
• Provide frontline services
• General administrative duties of the clinic
• Perform simple triage and take measurements (height and weight BP etc)
• Dispensing of medications
• Payment collection
• Packing of medications and supplies
• Stock taking
• Assist the doctor in procedures / chaperone
• General maintenance of clinic tidiness / cleanliness
• Ad hoc duties assigned by doctor
• Chaperone female patients during examination

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages service to the guests according to the prescribed service rules and standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Prepares and mixes all types of drinks and cocktails, based on standardized recipes of drinks.
• Maintains and ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, chillier, fringes, bar floor, storage areas and all equipment and tools inside the bar.
• Maintains bar stock according to established par stock level and arranges requisitioned items according the appropriate storage condition of the specific wines and spirits.
• Maintains adequate bar supplies such as napkins, straws, cocktail picks, etc., arranges them neatly in the assigned areas.
• Cleans and controls the bar chiller and wine chiller daily.
• Prepares all mise-en-place before the service hours.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least vocational diploma in any discipline. Certificate or diploma in Bartender is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year in bartender experience.
• Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage, creativity in preparing new concoctions.
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• To process vendor invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up with unreconciled transactions
• Maintain daily cash book and improve existing payment process
• Assist AP Accountant in month-end closing and GST submission matters
• Maintain audit schedules
• Assist to prepare financial statements and XBRL
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel knowledge, and SAP will be added advantage
• Able to start work within short notice and commit till 31 March 2025
