Job Description :

1) Strategize, Lead, Drive and Manage Cybersecurity ISO accreditation program for Asia Pacific

• Lead, drive and manage all applicable Cybersecurity ISO implementations and re-certification operations.
• Develop ISO security design, accreditation framework, and review processes.
• Perform gap assessment and develop ISO roadmap for accreditation and/or re-certification.
• Develop policies, standards, procedures, and operational processes to meet the developed ISO roadmap.

On behalf of CTS Asia Pacific, we are looking for a PLC/Robotics Engineer!

While this role is customer-facing, in addition to the customer, work tightly together with the Project Manager, and other project team members as required to support each other in our close-knit team.

The preferred educational background in one of more of the following Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronic/Electrical Engineering from a local institution in Singapore. We welcome ITE graduates, but expect you to show 3-5 years relevant experience. For Diploma holders, 2-3 years; and for Degree holders, 1-2 years experience is expected. Training will be provided!

What are you expected to do?
- Project planning of automation solutions for industrial manufacturing plants
- Simulation of the process plant
- Software creation (e.g. robots, safety controls or HMI)
- Integrating drives and robots into the machine
- Commissioning of the machine with the software created for process testing in-house, and start-up support for the customer

What should you bring with you for this application?
- Good to have: Relevant experience and knowledge in Siemens PLC.
- Points of contact in the programming of controls (e.g. Simatic S7, TIA, PCS7, B&R, Beckhoff etc.)
- Creating user interfaces and/or drive technology is desirable but not a must
- Enjoy holistic project processing and an agile way of working
- Interest in technical challenges and robots

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods, handling loading and unloading, and maintaining excellent customer service during deliveries. Business Development

• In collaboration with relevant departments, prepare and deliver presentations for new business as required

Line Management & Talent Development

• Trains & mentors PM Academy PCs in multiple areas of expertise
• May be responsible for Line Management and Talent Development
• Ensures allocated resources are aligned with current and forecasted work in terms of capability, quantity, timing, and efficiency
• May be responsible for on-boarding, development and retention of high performing talent; strengthening and deepening talent bench and succession
• Assesses project management competencies for assigned staff in order to create developmental plans that will increase competencies and close performance gaps
• Provides line management and technical support to assigned project leaders, including training, development and performance review of assigned staff

Experience

Minimum Required:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO, including at least two (2) years of full project management responsibility

On the Job Experience:

• Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.
• Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access and Power Point)
• Experience managing projects in a matrix and virtual environment
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
