Position Summary:
The Executive Vice President will serve as the visionary and strategic leader for NTT DATA Business Solutions. The role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with exceptional business acumen, proven experience scaling businesses, and the ability to inspire a diverse, globally distributed workforce. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and expansion.
• Identify and pursue new markets, revenue streams, and business opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
Business Development & Growth
Financial & Organizational Stewardship
• Manage the financial health of the company by driving revenue growth, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Develop and implement robust financial and operational performance metrics.
• Build a high-performing leadership team to support growth and succession planning.
Culture & Values
• Lead by example to inspire a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
• Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience
• 15+ years of leadership experience in related industries.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, managing P&L, and achieving sustainable growth.
• Experience in cross-border business operations and working with diverse, multicultural teams.

Education
