JOB DESCRIPTION

• Advising management on and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations including MAS guidelines relating to AML/CFT, outsourcing and technology risk management; MAS Business Trust Act and SGX Listing Rules.
• Managing periodic filings/notification to MAS or other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework; and working closely with business heads in ensuring that the risk management processes are adhered to at the operational level.
• Managing the implementation of risk and compliance programs.
• Point of contact for regulators on risk and compliance matters.
• Liaising with and managing auditors on risk and compliance related matters.
• Supporting management in reporting to the boards and/or board committees on risk and compliance related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance/Banking/Accountancy
• 6 to 8 years compliance/risk management/audit experience within REIT/business trust/fund management industry
• Good knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations including Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Business Trust Act and SGX Listing Rules
• Good knowledge/understanding of Enterprise Risk Management principles and processes of REIT/business trust/fund management businesses
• A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills
• Able to think objectively, work independently and multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels

· Attend to walk-in applicants applying for loans, including working with business partners and tapping on external resources for referral of loan cases

· Ensure the eligibility of all loan applicants to proceed with loans and evaluate how creditworthy or not the applicant might be based on their history and current finances before recommending them for approval.

· Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loan drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment, and facility fee collection.

· Support remittance and deposit placement functions.

· Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling.

· Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.

· Maintain proper records of all loan files.

· Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory reporting.

Job Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of back-office operations

· Working understanding of regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.

· Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues.

· Meticulous and good problem-solving skills.

· Conversing and consulting in Mandarin language may be required for Chinese-speaking customers

· Preferably with tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Sales / Operations.

Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager – Key Accounts supports accounts that are of strategic importance to PitchBook and works with a team to complete all account-related requests and activities. They will develop a deep knowledge of their clients’ industries and sectors, their strategic business needs, and help optimize usage of all relevant PitchBook products. They will maintain relationships with key contacts, encourage engagement with underutilized product elements, and drive client retention and expansion.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve Net Renewal Rate goals measured quarterly while providing excellent support to Key Account clients
• Act as the go-to product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients to ensure they derive value from PitchBook products
• Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions, including in person, designed to meet the individual business needs of each client.
• Proactively go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success throughout the entire client lifecycle.
• Conduct formal business reviews with each client designed to measure renewal probability, client achievement of pre-set goals, client satisfaction, and to provide continual product education.
• Serve as an advocate for your clients by analyzing customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities to improve adoption.
• Build PitchBook champions at all levels of seniority at client firm
• Engage regularly with Account Managers to strategize account retention and growth opportunities.
• Partner with global CSM team as needed to provide additional coverage for large business clients
• Conduct client demonstration sessions designed to highlight how the PitchBook platform addresses the needs of the account and individual end users with a consultative approach.
• Use SalesForce and Tableau to effectively manage client relationship through call logging, usage data monitoring and task management.
• Work continuously to document the details of each client interaction in Salesforce to improve customer information and drive retention.
• Drive engagement with clients through personally crafted emails and/or marketing provided materials via Highspot.
• Utilize Outreach to assist in regular and timely communication with clients as needed.
• Comprehend and demonstrate, why and how each of our client types engages with our product and our data.

Working Conditions

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month/quarter/year-end closing, payroll, GST and year-end audit activities for clients.

· Prepare and review financial reports and XBRL.

· Prepare basic tax computations for ECI & financial statements disclosures purposes

· Xero Certified Advisor, deep knowledge about Xero App Store. Able to advise clients to automate finance workflows via the use of relevant software and Xero App add-ons

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

· Must have an Accounting Degree which is recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants or equivalent professional qualification accredited by professional bodies such as ACCA/ ICAEW/ CPA Australia etc.

· At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or in a related field

· Prior management experience required

· Ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams

· Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions

· Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within a manufacturing environment desirable
