• Support the full production cycle of SIEW (Singapore International Relations Week) including preparations for the theme launch, speakers invite, registration launch, speakers and sponsors management, supporting organization's liaison, logistical/ administrative work as well as other operational support.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

To be overall in charge of the daily operations of a group of clinics:

• Motivate and work with operations team to train clinic staff to deliver quality medical service to all patients.
• Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately, and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards.
• Increase revenue by planning and managing roster of doctors, clinic staff and locums to optimize the use of scheduled operating hours of clinics.
• Ensure smooth operations of all the clinics
• Oversee Customer Service training programs for clinic staff to ensure that they provide efficient and effective support to the clinic doctors and Locums, and deliver courteous service to clinic patients.
• Jointly develop SOP with Facilities Manager and Operations team to ensure that all clinic supervisory staff comply with the SOP in order to meet all regulatory requirements and company operating standards, and reduce operation downtime.

Requirements:

• A Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience at management level, or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in related field to manage a team in customer centric and operation service industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills is necessary
• IT literacy is a must
• A pleasant disposition and good service attitude is necessary
