Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and draft documents/information to support the needs of the department.
• Schedule and plan meetings to manage leader’s calendar
• Consolidate reports/presentation by formatting and editing
• Collect and analyze data in order to prepare reports
• Utilize electronic and paper filing systems to maintain proper records of important information/document
• Format, edit, and distribute minutes of meetings
• Organize and schedule departmental project activities
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
• Coordinate and notify with stakeholders and staff of deadlines to ensure timely completion of set objectives.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for assessment and review
• Support projects and initiatives of the department
