General Position Overview

At ESET, our Digital Sales Specialist has primary responsibility for ESET’s online sales performance in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and India. Working closely with the global digital business unit and regional team, this role drives the development and execution of strategies to increase online acquisition, retention and growth of the customer lifetime value.

General Position Overview

The Digital Sales Specialist develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to boost acquisition and retention billings across B2B & B2C for the Australia and Singapore market.

This role also works closely with the global and APAC marketing teams to raise the awareness of the ESET brand across our digital channels.

About the Role

As Master Data Specialist, you will work with Senior Manager BI and Master Data to execute data strategy and establish better governance of the group’s procurement master data throughout its lifecycle and ensure that high quality, actionable spend data is provided to the business. You will guide the category teams on how to secure an item’s mastering and data integrity through the end-to-end procurement process.
