The Guest Experience Executive is a vital customer facing role, on the ‘ front lines’ who acts as an ambassador for the Centre Success & Operations Team.

Job Requirements:

• Master Mariner/ Degree and/ or Diploma in Shipping / Logistics Studies, Commerce or its equivalent

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Accounts Receivables

• Handle full functions of AR in Finance Department
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to prompt accurate and timely billing
• Issue invoices to client, upload invoice to various platform as required
• Monthly end closing activity - AR aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules (maintenance contract amortization) and journal adjustments
• Maintain debtor record in system
• Assist in the general Finance administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Immediate Supervisor
• Follow up with customers to encourage timely payments
• Actively identify and recover overdue receivables with relevant stakeholders
• Banker's guarantee application for projects
• Handle company insurance (such as WICA, Public liability, Professional Indemnity and Foreign worker medical etc ) and project insurance
• Processing credit application form, managing credit risk
• Handle customer portal registration
• Assist in yearly closing and audit activities
• Planning of cash out-flow and payment method with finance manager
• Monthly staff claim approval
• To work with other teams and customers to resolve any operational issue which might cause a delay in collections
• To manage the trade payment tools like Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit, and to work with bank and customers for successful execution
• Track cashflow, review payment disbursement and administer financing facilities with the bank.
• Liaise with local tax agent on submission of tax returns and reporting of GST.

Accounts Payables

• Oversee AP Function
• Backup for AP and assist in payment approval process when necessary

Finance

• Assist in month end financial closing - P/L, B/S, Cashflow forecast
• Liaise with external accountant, auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers as and when necessary
• Assist in any ad-hoc regular task given

About The Role

We’re currently looking for Regional HR and Admin Executive to join our team and help support our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR and Admin support to our regional office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good soft skills across communication and working well with a variety of colleagues across the region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential

The User Escalations team offers a single point-of-entry for all non-executive user escalations raised by Stripes on behalf of a user. This team is accountable for all user escalation resolutions by either direct responsibility for resolution or by partnering with other support and non-support teams to facilitate a resolution. We aim to help users find speedy issue resolution and alleviate confusion and unnecessary effort from non-Support Stripes to do this. We will dig into specific user escalations to find top drivers for our most frequent and painful issues affecting our largest users as well as analyze the experience for the broader subset of users.Ultimately, these cases often shine a light on points of failure within Stripe, and the User Escalations team has the opportunity to create transformative user experiences, while also helping edit Stripe to rectify the structural issues that resulted in the escalation in the first place.This is a high visibility, high impact role, with the responsibility to work with users and cross functional stakeholders, all while helping build this team from the ground up.

What you’ll do
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming User Escalations from Stripes in a timely manner (within agreed service levels) as well as triage, scope, and support to resolution
Communicate directly with users to solve the most painful problems, via email and phone
Be accountable for timely and accurate resolution for all User Escalations within agreed service levels
Directly, or in partnership with other Stripe teams, drive fast resolution and demonstrate extreme ownership in solving users issues completely
Conduct thorough, data-driven root causes analyses of escalations, and work with partner teams to validate findings
Share findings and insights with leaders through forums and presentations
Collaborate with partner teams to identify remediations to address root causes of escalations and drive change from a users’ first mentality
Challenge the status quo, identifying how and where Stripe needs to improve to better serve users
Help build the team and process from the ground up
Support training and socialization efforts for process adoption across Stripe
Build relationships with partner teams and drive accountability for completion of remediations
Understand and help influence the relevant product roadmaps that will address the most frequent user escalations

Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$100,000 - S$150,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
