Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to promote business growth, enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity and increase profitability ensuring alignment with company's vision
• Oversee the development and management of e-commerce growth plans, sales channel strategy focusing on customer acquisition
• Drive operational excellence, logistics cost reduction and improve delivery time focusing on customer experience
• Manage relationships with stores, outlets and, partners to ensure product excellence and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operational aspects.
• Oversee P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring operational activities align with financial goals.
• Work closely with the CEO/Director and team to ensure that operational strategies and initiatives fully integrate with the company's long-term vision and goals

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations roles, with at least 3 years in a management position within the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market, consumer trends, and digital commerce technologies is preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize a diverse team towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and seizing opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field with MBA in business related field preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of escalators and lifts
• Strong interest in technical know-how and hands-on experience
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering background
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in construction/ lift industry
• Good communication and able to multi-task
• Preferably with supervising experience

Brief description of the Restaurant

Ang Mo Liang Teh is a family friendly craft beer bar and bottle shop that specialises in unique and quality craft beer from around the world. We have 8 draft beer taps on rotation and over 100 different craft beer selections. We also offer bar bites that pairs well with our beers, in a warm and cosy environment within the CBD.

We are on a lookout for Full Time Service Crew to support all aspects of the outlet operations.The incumbent is to ensure that all duties are carried out to serve all customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition. The incumbent is also required to make recommendations, prepare and serve food/beverages to customers, and perform cashiering duties.

Job Descriptions
