We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that will meet business needs.

As a Product Manager at InterOpera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our green attribute SaaS platform. You'll work closely with a dynamic team to develop and execute product strategies that align with our mission to promote sustainability. About InterOpera

InterOpera is an exchange operator for environmental commodities (e.g. carbon credits and renewable energy certificates) and provides blockchain infrastructure to automate the entire spectrum of tasks for renewable energy asset owners. The mission of InterOpera is to digitally bridge environmental commodities and financial markets for a connected and sustainable future. Shareable Assets Pte. Ltd. is its wholly-owned subsidiary operating under a capital markets services license from the MAS. To date, we have raised USD 9 million led by Korea Investment Partners. Among other investors, we are backed by Vertex Ventures and Kakao Investments.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Assist in defining the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goals and market trends. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product roadmaps.

● Foster a culture of customer obsession, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience in every aspect of the product development process. Continuously seek to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to drive product innovations and enhancements.

● Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.

● Ensure that product requirements are thoroughly defined, documented, and communicated, upholding high standards for product quality and user experience.

● Serve as a bridge between Engineering, Design, and Business teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.

● Organize and lead agile rituals, including release/sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, and weekly planning sessions. Ensure the team remains focused and efficient, fostering an agile mindset and practices to enhance productivity and adaptability.

Qualifications and skills

● 1-3 years of experience working in a startup environment with a history of successful product launches.

● Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing

● A solid understanding of technical and design concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Engineering and Design teams.

● A proactive individual with a strong sense of purpose and urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus

● Previous experience in a startup or a B2B SAAS company in a dynamic high-growth environment.

● Certifications in Agile, Product Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of meetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests.
• Physical retrieval, indexing, scanning, photocopying, and re-packing of documents.
• Raising purchase orders, invoices processing.
• Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person will develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand’s objectives are achieved.

Brand Management and Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing activities and marketing plans for new product and seasonal launches, etc. to boost brand’s visibility and awareness in the Beauty industry
• Liaise and work closely with Social Media agency to manage and maintain the brand's presence on Social Media platforms.
• Liaise and work closely with PR agency to develop, manage and maintain new product and seasonal launches, with its activities associated with PR.
• Copywriting for marketing materials and communications
• Drive partnerships with media titles, other brands and internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the daily operations and promotional campaigns
• Measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
• Other ad-hoc task required by the management

Requirements

• Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 1 year working experience in either a sales/marketing function, preferably in the Beauty industry)
• Proficient in MS Office; especially with focus on Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good copywriting and copy-editing skills
• A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
• Able to work in Central CBD area
