Reporting to the HR Director, Ship Management Asia, the incumbent will partner with the business units to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for their line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, work pass administration, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and other related activities. Partner with business units to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies and initiatives to support their goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and other HR-related areas.
• Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
